According to Polish law, the customer can withdraw from the purchased goods without giving a reason and return them undamaged within 14 days. For this purpose, the customer must return the goods at his own expense with a declaration of withdrawal from the contract (the template is included in the terms and conditions).
NOTE: Kalinski Sp. Z oo Z o.o., sp. K. does not accept cash on delivery shipments, the costs for returning the item are borne by the person who is sending the goods back.
Upon receipt of goods that do not correspond to the order, the order details must be provided in order to accept the complaint.
A complaint can only be submitted on the basis of a special declaration of withdrawal, the template of which is included in the terms and conditions.
Before examining the complaint, the seller can request details or explanations of the complaint process.
The deadline for examining the complaint is 14 days from the date of receipt of the complaint documents and the advertised product.
The buyer can submit complaints about the concluded contract to the seller at sklep@kalinski.pl or in writing to the seller's address. A correctly filed complaint should contain at least the following:
* Buyer's name, surname, address, email address,
* the date of the conclusion of the contract, which forms the basis for the complaint,
* the subject of the complaint indicating the buyer's request,
* Any circumstances justifying the complaint.
A response to the complaint will be sent to the email address provided by the buyer or to the traditional email address.
Kaliński does not accept cash on delivery shipments, the cost of returning the item is borne by the advertiser.
