Shipping Methods

The collection of the goods ordered in our store is possible in two ways - by courier delivery and personal collection.

Shipping

Sklep.kalinski.pl accepts orders 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the first working day following the day of the order.

If the order is placed after 12:00 on a working day, it will be shipped the next day.

The estimated delivery time for the product in Poland is 24 to 48 hours. The dispatch takes place:

a) for cash on delivery payment via the PayU system, Dotpay at the time of acceptance by the system.

b) when paying by bank transfer - on the day the payment is credited (on the same or next working day after the day on which the transfer order was ordered).

The expected delivery time for deliveries abroad is an average of 3 to 5 working days from the time the payment is credited (we do not make deliveries abroad with cash on delivery).

Most of our shipments are delivered with DPD couriers.

The costs for the delivery of a shipment with a maximum weight of 30 kg and a maximum sum of the sides of 3 meters (the sum of length and width, base and height of the shipment) are:

a) After an electrical payment - 19 PLN

b) After receipt of payment - PLN 24

Larger shipments require an individual assessment of the shipping costs.

Personal collection

• Personal collection of the products is possible after 24 hours from the date of purchase

• The place of collection of the products ordered in the online shop is the headquarters of Kalinski Sp. Z oo. Z o.o., sp. K. is located in Chyby near Poznan, at 40 Szamotulska Street

Taking off goods ordered in our store is possible in two ways - by courier delivery and cash on delivery.

I. Shipping

Sklep.kalinski.pl accepts orders 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Orders placed on Sundays and holidays are executed on the first working day following the day the order was placed.

In the case of placing an order after 12:00 working day, the shipment will be carried out the next day.

The expected delivery time of the product is from 24 to 48 h in Poland. The shipment is carried out:
a) in the case of payment on delivery, payment through the PayU system, Dotpay upon acceptance by the system.
b) in the case of payment by bank transfer - on the day of booking the payment (it is the same or next business day following the day in which the instruction for the transfer was ordered).

Estimated delivery time abroad is on average 3 to 5 working days from the moment of posting the payment for the goods (we do not carry out foreign shipments with cash on delivery).

Most of our shipments are delivered by DPD couriers.

The cost of delivery of a shipment with a maximum weight of 30 kg and a maximum sum of three-meter lengths (the sum of the length and width of the base and the height of the shipment) is:

a) After electronic payment - 25 PLN

b) After making the payment on delivery - 29 PLN

Larger shipments require an individual valuation of the cost of delivery.

II. Cash on delivery

Taking off a products is possible after 24 hours from the moment of purchase.
The place of taking off products ordered in the online store is the headquarters of the Kaliński company located in Chybach near Poznań, at 40 Szamotulska Street.
